357bd Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Playing

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player") and 357bd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") regarding your use of the 357bd website and all associated services including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games and any other products made available through the 357bd platform. Please read these T&C carefully before registering an account or using any part of the 357bd service.

By accessing the 357bd platform, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these T&C in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these T&C, you must immediately cease using the 357bd platform and close your account by contacting support.

357bd reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these T&C at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to notify registered players by email or on-platform notification. Continued use of the 357bd platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised T&C.

To open and maintain an account on the 357bd platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Proof of age may be requested at registration or at any point during the lifetime of your account. 357bd strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will not accept wagers from underage players under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether online gambling is permitted in your location before creating an account on 357bd.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer or agent of 357bd or any of its affiliated companies, nor a close family member or household member of such a person.
• You must register using accurate, current and complete personal information. Providing false registration details — including a false name, date of birth, mobile number or bank account information — constitutes a material breach of these T&C and will result in immediate account suspension.
• You must not be the subject of a self-exclusion order on the 357bd platform. Players who have voluntarily self-excluded from 357bd are not eligible to create a new account until the self-exclusion period has expired and formal reinstatement has been approved by the 357bd compliance team.

357bd reserves the right to request identity verification documents (government-issued photo ID, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership) from any player at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe will result in account restriction or closure and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

All financial transactions on 357bd — including deposits, withdrawals and bonus credits — are subject to the following rules:

• The minimum deposit amount at 357bd is ৳200. There is no upper limit on deposits for verified accounts. All deposits are credited to the player account in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay are typically credited within five minutes of the transaction being confirmed.
• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit on the same account, or to a verified bank account registered in the player's name. 357bd does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted before 10:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on a business day are typically processed within the same calendar day. Requests submitted after this cutoff or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• 357bd does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own service charges. 357bd is not responsible for fees charged by third-party financial service providers.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to 357bd's KYC (know-your-customer) verification process. For withdrawals above ৳50,000 or where unusual account activity is detected, 357bd may require the player to submit government-issued photo identification, proof of address and source of funds documentation before the withdrawal is processed.

357bd reserves the right to reverse any withdrawal and return funds to the player's account balance if the player is found to be in breach of these T&C, including but not limited to bonus abuse, fraudulent activity or underage gambling.

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and gaming activity on the 357bd platform. Game-specific or sport-specific rules are published separately on the relevant section of the 357bd website.

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet may not be cancelled, amended or reversed by the player after it has been accepted by the 357bd platform. In the event of a technical error at the time of bet placement, 357bd reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the relevant stake to the player's account.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement or other force majeure event affecting a sporting event, 357bd will settle affected bets in accordance with the specific sport-rules published on the site. In most cases, bets on abandoned matches are voided and stakes returned. However, where a match has proceeded past the point at which the specific market has been determined (e.g. first innings in cricket), the bet may be settled on the result at the point of abandonment.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets on 357bd. These limits are displayed on the bet placement screen and may vary by market, sport or event. 357bd reserves the right to impose reduced stake limits on any player at any time, including where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• 357bd reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed using information obtained through cheating, match-fixing, insider knowledge or any other form of corrupt practice. Where 357bd has reasonable grounds to suspect that a bet has been placed fraudulently, the affected bet will be suspended pending investigation and the player's account may be restricted.

For live in-play betting, 357bd displays real-time odds that are updated continuously. 357bd accepts no liability for any delay between the real-world event and the display of updated odds on the platform. Bets accepted during a technical delay that would not have been offered under normal circumstances may be voided at 357bd's discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 357bd platform. Any player found to have engaged in a prohibited activity will have their account suspended, all associated balances withheld and the matter referred for further investigation:

• Registering more than one account on 357bd, whether using your own details or the details of another person, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using any software, algorithm, bot, script or automated system to place bets, manipulate odds, exploit game mechanics or gain any unfair advantage on the 357bd platform.
• Depositing funds obtained through unlawful means, including proceeds of fraud, theft or any criminal activity, through the 357bd platform. 357bd complies with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) requirements and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Exploiting any software error, bug, loophole or vulnerability in the 357bd platform to obtain credits, winnings or any other benefit that would not have been obtainable under normal platform operation. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be deducted from the player's account.
• Sharing, selling, transferring or otherwise making available your 357bd account to any third party. Account sharing is a breach of these T&C regardless of whether any financial benefit is exchanged.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, spot-fixing or use of insider information to place bets on 357bd. This includes coordinating with other players to influence the outcome of any sporting event or casino game.

357bd uses automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited activities. Players found to have engaged in prohibited activities forfeit all bonuses, winnings and account balances associated with the relevant activity. 357bd reserves the right to pursue civil or criminal remedies where applicable law permits.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 357bd's liability to any player is limited as follows:

• 357bd is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to access the 357bd platform, even if 357bd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• 357bd is not responsible for any interruption to service caused by technical failures, internet connectivity issues, maintenance periods, force majeure events or circumstances beyond 357bd's reasonable control. Where a service interruption affects an active bet or gaming session, 357bd will endeavour to restore the session or void the affected wager and return the stake.
• 357bd's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player to 357bd in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the liability.

Nothing in these T&C excludes or limits 357bd's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by 357bd's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
